  1. Inspection of all construction activity. All homes are inspected daily to ensure quality, site cleanliness, and safety.
  2. Full staff communication. Prompt response to Buyer’s questions and/or concerns.
  3. Change orders. No hidden or surprise costs.   The Buyer is provided a detailed written listing of any requested change(s) and the applicable cost for the change(s).   No change to plans and/or specifications will be made without written authorization from the Buyer.   Normally changes do cause delays in the construction process but changes are welcomed.   We encourage any feasible change that fits your lifestyle.
  4. Pre-closing walk-through. The opportunity for the Buyer to make a detailed inspection is provided at this time.   Also, the functional operation of all systems is reviewed with the Buyer.   Our policy is that all items on the walk-through list will be completed before closing, if at all possible.
  5. Review of walk-through. This provides the Buyer’s with the opportunity to ensure that all walk-through items have been completed to their satisfaction.   Any item not completed before closing or occupancy will receive the Builder’s top priority.
